Often described as energetic, Angelica is passionate about energizing, engaging, and empowering the church for God’s mission. Prior to studying for a Ph.D., Angelica pioneered a missions organization named Megumi Grace to the nations, a ministry with a vision to see every community of Christ followers actively engaged in making communities of Christ followers of all nations. She is also an artist and has illustrated children’s books; and is a musician, playing the violin in various occassions and settings. She has an M.Div. in Biblical Studies (honors) from the Asian Theological Seminary.

    See p. 130 (epub) or p. 212 (paperback) for YouTube videos demonstrating Character Theology in three settings (Filipino, African, Floridan Americans): “To help prepare yourself for the Jonah story, don’t read the four chapters. Rather, gather some friends and listen (don’t follow the written text) to the story. Why hear it? Because “silent reading encourages psychological distance and a high degree of dispassionate objectivity.”501 Then watch the story presented and debriefed by Ray at Cross Bridge Church in Rockledge, Florida.502”

      Sorry to have taken sometime to reply, Dr. Steffen. (I keep forgetting to but I want to engage with your comment.) I think that something as important as this should not be in the footnote. People RARELY read footnotes, especially if they don’t have that much time- and that is definitely true of many engaged in practical ministry.
