Sorry to have taken sometime to reply, Dr. Steffen. (I keep forgetting to but I want to engage with your comment.) I think that something as important as this should not be in the footnote. People RARELY read footnotes, especially if they don’t have that much time- and that is definitely true of many engaged in practical ministry.
